Happy Holidays everyone, it is the last day of this year and I'm so looking forward to crafting in the New Year! Good Morning,

I hope everyone's Christmas Holiday was memorable. I made Christmas Cookies for friends and family and I can't wait to put my photos on my blog; but that won't happen until my son returns with my camera. It's time to start working on Valentines Day Cards, I'm so excited and I just can't hide it! Check back and I'll have some new photos for all to see.

Operation Show Our Soldiers They Are Loved (OSOSTAL)Donations Were Shipped Today

Today is the 8th day of the existence of my blog! Congrats to me....

Well we shipped off the items that Ten Pink Apples donated to the organization "Heroes Under God" (HUG) as part of our "Operation Show Our Soldiers They Are Loved" "(OSOSTAL)" fundraising mission 2010-2012.

This organization supports our Soldiers and their families. They are asking for help for this holiday season and all year to support the soldiers and families with christmas gifts and other items.

Ten Pink Apples donated over 150 items (items from November and December 2010 Posts) that ranged from Christmas Greeting Cards in assorted shapes and sizes, Custom Journals, Gift Bags, Christmas Party Favors, Note Cards, and Gift Card Holders and much more.

I like to say thank you to my supporters that helped to make these donations possible via our "Operation Show Our Soldiers They Are Loved" "(OSOSTAL)" fundraising mission. God Bless you!

Once again I played around with purples and purple isn't so bad for Christmas Cards.

I've never really worked with purples as Christmas Cards but my sister loves this color and this is for her. I must say it worked well with this designer paper.

Happy Holidays Greeting Card In Beige

This is the same layout using a different color. The ribbon is add between the christmas bulbs and topped off with a white satin bow.

Happy Holidays Greeting In Red

This card is made from a 11 1/2 x 8/12 sheet folded in half. I use a 12 x 12 sheet with rows of christmas bulbs and I cut off stips of the bulbs and placed at the bottom of the folded card.

Snowman Soup Gift/Party Favor

This is what's called in the craft industry "Snowman Soup". It's the perfect weather for cocoa. This is such a fun and cute little project, plus it makes a good little gift, something just to say hello or thank you! Thanks for sharing this design Chic n scratch.
