Here are the find and talented students of Millikan's Middle School Civics Academy. I am honored to have met each and every one of you guys, you guys stepped up to the plate to assist Ten Pink Apples' Operation - Show Our Soldiers They Are Loved, you all teamed up together 6th, 7th & 8th graders to pump out 300 Christmas Cards like it was nothing and I want you all to know I appreciate each and every one of you and you guys have a special place in my heart. These are a few of the Christmas Cards Designs that were sent to our Soldiers in 2010 by Ten Pink Apples. We sent over 350 items for Christmas in 2010. We shipped Christmas Cards, Party Favors for most occasions, Journals, and lots of other items.

The Birthday Card in this post with the detachable "BookMark" will be designed for the Soldiers for Valentines Day.

Your donation is needed to help support the "BookMark Greeting Card" and every other greeting card that will be sent in 2012-2013 and until our Soldiers return home. The supplies that are needed for these designs are a cost greater than I can bear alone. My desire is to send at least 400-700 of these "Valentine Day Bookmark Greeting Cards"which is a very small amount considering there are over 100,000 Soldiers serving in this war. Together we can touch so many more Soldiers than the 300-400 Soldiers that Ten Pink Apples give greeting cards to.

I would like for everyone to remember this Holiday Season that Ten Pink Apples is sending 400 Greeting Cards to our Soldiers and this could be the last thing from home they ever see. When I designed the Christmas Tree Greeting Card below; I thought this may be the only Christmas Tree they ever see!



My son is a Soldier in the United States Navy. He graduated from "Boot Camp" back in September and he will be celebrating his 21 Birthday on Thanksgiving. I made him these cute little gifts in honor of him being a Soldier I thought it would be fun to use "Red, White & Navy Blue as my color scheme. Happy 21 Birthday and Happy Thanksgiving son!!! God bless each and everyone of you serving!

Christmas Greeting Cards for Soldiers for 2011

Good Morning Crafters,

It's a wonderful day in the neighborhood.....

I want to share with you a update on my mission to send Greeting Cards to our Soldiers, yesterday I met the smartest 6th, 7th, & 8th grades.

I went to Millikan Middle School in Sherman Oaks California. I met the students of the "Millikan Civic Academy" so they could help Ten Pink Apples make Hundreds of Greeting Cards for our Soldiers this Holiday Season. The meeting was so successful and they loved the demonstration on how to build Greeting Cards and they were very honored and excited to help show are Soldiers they are loved here at home.

I want to say Thank You to the students and to their wonderful teacher Erin Tanguay and her fellow teachers for all of their support and their help on organizing the students and the meeting, there truly should be more teachers like Erin, she loves her students and she teaches them to soar. The card above is one of the cards the students are making and there is a Christmas Tree Card and a beautiful Ornament Card they are making also. We are in need of donations to support our 2011 "Christmas Greeting Card Drive" and our "2012-2013 Yearly Greeting Card Drive". Your donations help to supply "Ten Pink Apples" with supplies to create our "Greeting Cards" and the shipping fees to send the Cards out to the Soldiers. We appreciate all of your help and support.

Journal, Greeting Card & Thank You Note Cards

This is a set that consists of a Journal, a personal Greeting Card and 12 Thank You note cards.
I designed this on a moment's notice. I met a Woman at the doctors and she was really struggling, she has cancer, high blood pressure, and a lot of other health issues and she was carrying a lot on her shoulders; on top of that she said she had to walk everyday to either the Fire Station or the Drug Store to get her Blood Pressure checked and I could see that it just added more stress to her life; so I told her that I would buy her a blood pressure machine and send it to her in the mail in a week. I made her this greeting to go along with the blood pressure machine that I sent to her. I prayed for God to give her peace in her heart and in her life as He heals her body.

Time to create Christmas Greeting Cards for our Soldiers for this 2011 holiday season. I wanted to convey that old-fashioned Christmas feeling with these designs. They make you feel like it's holiday time! Time for Gingerbread Cookies, Pumpkin, and Sweet Potato Pie! The colors reflect the spices I use for the Christmas Season-Cinnamon and Nutmeg! Mother's Day Greeting Cards

Mother's Day Greeting Cards! These Cards Have matching Paper Bag Purses that they fit into. These are the Greeting Cards that I've made to send to the Soldiers for Mother's Day. These Cards will be sent to an organization called "Packages From Home". I ship these Cards by the hundreds and I make each and every one myself. If you like to donate to help finish these Cards and Purses you can do so by using the Donate button via PayPal.
